Sinn Féin TD for Louth, Arthur Morgan has welcomed the fact that former Louth Fine Gael TD, Brendan McGahon has finally admitted that he was wrong to blame the IRA for the killing of Seamus Ludlow at the time and has now accepted that loyalists were responsible.
